I know i said i was on hiatus, which technically i am, but i wanted to drop a quick message to ask you all who are wanting to do christmas cards this year to PM me your addresses and i'll send you mine in return.

I had a list of addresses from last year, but when i lost all the files from my other USB drive, it also deleted the txt file i'd saved them all to for remembering.

Hey everybody. I know it's been just over a year since the last one, but i'm going to go on a sort of hiatus for a while.

With being ill on and off, and then other things getting in the way. I just don't have the time to read through my friends post like before, or work on arts etc.

Recently i found out i was diabetic, as well as having trouble with my kidney's, at least up till a few days ago. The kidney specialist decided i'm actually ok (thank the lord). But honestly, between all the appointments i've been having and Christmas coming up, i've just not had time to get online like before, and i really don't want people to think it's just me ignoring you or that i no longer want anything to do with you guys, because that just isn't true at all.

You guys have got me through a lot of crap over the last couple of years, and i don't know where i would be without all of you. Your my online family, my peeps and my crew :P

I'm a Muppet, so sue me. LOL!

I might occasionally get something posted, but i honestly don't know when it will be. But hopefully sometime before Christmas i'll do a little something, such as Christmas cards etc.

Anyways, i'll get on, as i have an early start in the morning. But just know that i do love you guys, and if you do need to talk, i'll try my best to get online or you can even just tweet me @WinchesterJo, as it'll go straight through on my phone.

I recently got some more shocking health news, e.g. i now have some serious kidney problems, as well as blood pressure being up and various other cr@ppy things, that i honestly can't even begin to explain. So i just won't. Anyways. . .


The post i made before, saying i was working on an icon post, is about 50% done. I have a couple of Buffy icons, and one or two True Blood done, and i'm also thinking of working on a texture pack, but am still a bit undecided? Would you guys want to see me try textures next? I'd really like to see what you think?


Hopefully i will get the post out BEFORE the end of the month, like i promised. But if i don't, then you can just refer to the above comment and snag one of my thousands of apologies. There's plenty to go around.


As a last mention, is there any specific icons you guys want to see? I'm trying to get back into crossovers again, but am finding it a little hard, if you guys want to give me any suggestions for pairings? Also, i'm going to try and do some bigger arts, like way back when. Maybe some Last.fm icons again and a couple of banners, if you guys want to request any for your themes or forums etc?

I come onto LiveJournal after being gone for quite a while, being in hospital twice and REALLY ill, i might add, and find people i thought were good friends have just un-friended me and turned their backs?!?

Wow, guys. Seriously. Thanks for the support.

Some of you know that even getting internet access in a hospital is rare, let alone allowed to be used by a patient when they do. I've managed maybe two or 3 little messages and maybe a comment on something here or there before getting booted off, or even maybe because i've dozed off due to all the medication i'm currently on?

If a certain someone hadn't thought i'd been gone so long and emailed to check on me, i guess i wouldn't even be posting this for those of you who still want to know me at all. But i thought i should say something, as i'm sick of being the silent one in the background all the time, who people only give a cr@p about, when i'm doing something for them, or just there as entertainment till they've got what they want.

Thanks, but no thanks. A friend, whether over the net or not, is someone who sticks with you through the good and bad, and doesn't mind that sometimes i'm gone for periods of time, due to being so ill.

I'm not giving names, but i'm glad that i can rely on the rest of you. It really brightened my day when i opened that email. .There might have even been a few tears. LOL.

But thanks, either way. You are a true friend.

For the rest of you, i just want to say that i'm going to get back into the flow eventually, and i've started a small batch of icons already, which i might post sometime beginning this next month, depending on time between appointments, check-ups and just generally how i'm doing.

So far so good though, right?

I've really missed hanging out online with all you guys and just having fun. I can't wait to catch up with all of you!

I'm so tired, it's ridonkulous. LOL.

I wanted to post a message to tell you guys that i just haven't had time to do any icons lately. I've had a lot of stuff going on. Not including a huge drama with dad and him getting swindled out of so much money for his new Land Rover. Which i won't go into details with.

Had a slight scare again last week and had to spend 2 nights in the hospital with a drip in my arm again and told i couldn't eat anything. Apparently i was so stressed that it triggered my pancreatitus, all be it mildly. Food is kinda just getting back to me now. Although a lot of it is still making me nauseous :P

While i was back there, i picked up some of my old journals and tried drawing again. Not that i'm any good, but mum bought me a huge anime/manga drawing guide from WHSmith's to try out and it mostly kept me occupied. For an hour or so, anyway.

I mostly slept through it all ;D

I hope the rest of you have had it better than me recently, but if you guys need to ever vent on someone, i'm your girl.

2. Pink. Anything pink. A layout, some icons or just a card/note in the mail. It's my newest obsession :S
